About the role

You'll be one of the first dedicated sales hires, working directly with the founders. You'll own the full sales cycle: qualifying inbound leads, running discovery calls, quoting coverage, and closing accounts across events, construction, warehouses, retail, and corporate facilities.

What you'll do

  • Run discovery and pricing calls with inbound leads
  • Quote and close new business accounts
  • Manage your pipeline in our internal CRM
  • Work with operations to make sure your first shifts go flawlessly
  • Feed what you hear on calls back into product and pricing

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of closing experience (B2B services or marketplace preferred)
  • Comfortable on the phone; most of our deals close on calls, not email
  • Organized and self-directed; you'll run your own book
  • Bonus: experience in security, staffing, or other operationally heavy industries

Compensation

Base plus uncapped commission. The range listed is expected on-target earnings for the first year.
