About the role
We're hiring several full-stack engineers, generalists who can pick up whatever matters most that week. One sprint that's the booking flow or agency payouts; the next it's growth experiments on the marketing site, customer experience tooling, or internal dashboards for operations. There are no lanes: you'll touch the Django backend, the React dashboard, the mobile APIs, and the website.
What you'll do
- •Ship features end-to-end across the stack: Python/Django, React/TypeScript, PostgreSQL
- •Own whole problems like scheduling, payments, and onboarding, not one layer of them
- •Build growth surfaces: landing pages, funnels, experiments, and the analytics behind them
- •Build customer experience tooling: account health, escalations, communications
- •Ship constantly. What you merge runs on live shifts the same week

- •Productive in both a backend codebase and a modern frontend
- •Product judgment: you can take a loose problem and ship a sensible solution without a spec
- •You debug what you ship, deploy it yourself, and watch the metrics after
- •Bonus: marketplaces, fintech/payments, or operationally heavy products
