About Calvis
- •Calvis is making the physical security industry AI-native. Today the industry is outdated, fragmented, and runs on pen and paper. With Calvis, humans + AI work together to secure the world.
- •Our marketplace connects businesses with vetted security guards who work every shift using our AI copilot. It briefs them, takes their reports, and helps them do a great job. Meanwhile, every shift generates data that continuously makes our AI better.
- •Clients across the country, from critical infrastructure to manufacturing facilities, trust Calvis to help keep them safe.
Why join?
- •You'd be the first (and for now, only) marketing hire. That's a lot of surface area, and a lot of room to define how this function works.
- •We're looking for someone to own all things marketing: generating organic traffic, building the Calvis brand, and standing up a social presence that gets us validation and referrals, not just clicks.
- •We're growing at an extremely aggressive pace, and marketing needs to be part of how we get there.
- •If you like building from scratch, moving fast, and owning the results, this is that kind of role.
The role
- •Take on full channel management. You'll move between SEO/SEM, paid, and social, and know how to run campaigns across all of them.
- •Partner with sales on collateral, positioning, and competitive materials: case studies, pitch decks, one-pagers, RFP response support.
- •Establish core marketing messaging and translate our current strategy into something coherent that customers actually respond to.
- •Stand up social media from the ground up, and build it into something that actually converts, not just posts for the sake of posting.
- •Use agentic AI to get more out of every marketing dollar. We want someone actively using AI tools to improve ROAS, not just talking about it.
Who you are
- •You've held down broad marketing roles and understand how the function can enable sales.
- •You've got real channel management expertise. You've run more than one channel and know how they work together.
- •You understand how to build and scale social media that converts, not just grows follower counts.
- •You have an actual point of view on how marketing should work in the age of AI, not just familiarity with the tools.
- •You're data-driven and self-reliant. You don't need someone else to tell you what the numbers mean or what to do next.
- •You thrive in chaos and can produce results under pressure. This is an early-stage, fast-moving environment and we need someone who gets energized by that, not drained by it.
- •You've stood up a marketing function before, ideally as a Marketing Manager at a high-growth startup, and you've done it at a stage where you had to make it work immediately, not over several quarters.
