About the role
Demand isn't our problem — speed and consistency are. You'll own the inbound pipeline end-to-end: closing the largest opportunities yourself, tightening speed-to-lead, building the quoting and follow-up playbook, and eventually hiring and managing reps against it.
What you'll do
- •Close high-value accounts across events, construction, warehouses, retail, and corporate facilities
- •Own pipeline health: response times, follow-up cadence, win-rate by segment
- •Write the playbook: discovery, pricing, objection handling, handoff to operations
- •Work directly with the founders on pricing and packaging
- •Hire and coach the first dedicated reps as volume grows
What we're looking for
- •4+ years in B2B sales with at least 1 year leading or mentoring reps
- •A closer first, manager second. You'll carry a number from day one
- •Comfortable in a phone-heavy, fast-cycle sales motion
- •Bonus: security, staffing, logistics, or other operationally heavy industries
