About the role

Demand isn't our problem — speed and consistency are. You'll own the inbound pipeline end-to-end: closing the largest opportunities yourself, tightening speed-to-lead, building the quoting and follow-up playbook, and eventually hiring and managing reps against it.

What you'll do

  • Close high-value accounts across events, construction, warehouses, retail, and corporate facilities
  • Own pipeline health: response times, follow-up cadence, win-rate by segment
  • Write the playbook: discovery, pricing, objection handling, handoff to operations
  • Work directly with the founders on pricing and packaging
  • Hire and coach the first dedicated reps as volume grows

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in B2B sales with at least 1 year leading or mentoring reps
  • A closer first, manager second. You'll carry a number from day one
  • Comfortable in a phone-heavy, fast-cycle sales motion
  • Bonus: security, staffing, logistics, or other operationally heavy industries
